Actor sisters Dame Dame Emma Thompson and Sophie Thompson have joined forces with Mary's Meals, a charity which provides one daily school meal to children living in poverty, enabling them to continue their education, for the Double The Love campaign.

Through the initiative, 'donations made to the charity this winter will be doubled by a group of generous supporters... to provide nutritious meals at school, attracting children into the classroom and giving them the energy to learn', and Dame Emma Thompson commented 'Double The Love presents a wonderful opportunity for us all to get behind Mary’s Meals and show children living in the world’s poorest countries that we care'.
